Help! Fic Recs Needed

Lately I haven't had much time to read any fanfic, but now I've got more time on my hands and I'm feeling the need for some good fanfic recs. I've searched through FF.net and I'm currently checking out the offerings from a few comms, but I'm not finding much. Thought I'd as for some help.

What I'm looking for:

SPN hurt/comfort fic, the more angst and hurt/pain/suffering the better. *g*
I'd prefer hurt/sick Dean, but if it's Sam (w/caring, big brotherly Dean) I won't turn that down. Death fic is totally OKAY.
PLEASE NO: Slash, cross-overs, de-aging, or wee!chesters.

Oh, and I've already read Gaelic's lastest fic...it was lovely and now has me wanting more. :P
