Another nice, sunny day (temps in the upper 70s) and one spent at home meant I couldn't excuse myself from a walk. After all...I'm losing weight again. :)
I've really cut back on my eating and my snacking. Even though I wasn't eating that much before, I knew I had to do something. The weight simply wasn't budging anymore and it's crunch time with Vancon barely over a month away. The walk today was tough and exhausting, but I'm happy to report I did over 2 miles again. \0/ Hopefully I can keep shedding the pounds.
