Just 'Cause

This cap is from S2 "Everybody Loves A Clown".

One of my favorite Dean moments ever! Something about him swiftly taking that rifle from Jo and emptying shells....Mmmmmm...or whatever he did, I was too busy drooling. It's just....so...HOT! *GUH*
Btw, there's something hidden in this cap. A number, put in by me. Can you see it? ;)
So much Jared goodness all in one day! It was fun seeing him at the premiere and before that all the interviews (poor guy though, that had to be exhausting doing that all morning). Meanwhile, the photo project is still *sigh* kicking my ass, even though I just finished listing over 100 of them. Bah. So tedious! *bashes head into wall* Hmmm....I just realized this is Tuesday and this should have been a Sammy cap. Oh, well. I'll post one of him tomorrow or the next day. Got one already in mind. *hugs* :)

Quickies 5

:: It was snowing a little earlier. Nothing much, only a trace, but it was still pretty. Now it's turned to rain, but it's still friggin' COLD! Only in the low to mid thirties. Brrrrr..... Where's spring? *shivers*

:: Watched Jared on The Bonnie Hunt Show (and recorded it, of course). He was adorable and awww...so sweet. Loved that little moment when he looked out to the crowd and smiled. *melts* I thought it was cute when they brought up Jensen being on the show a few weeks ago and Bonnie went into this bit about him being her boyfriend. Hee! And Dude! He worked on a ranch in Texas before he was discovered??? *drifts off to hunky cowboy fantasy land* Too cute how she fudged up his last name at the end, too. *g* Unfortunately, because of the snow in the area, my local station was running school closure info. at the bottom of the screen during Jared's segment, so I'll probably get my caps from a download. Bleh.

:: Apparently, Jensen was NOT down in LA with Jared for the premiere of F13 yesterday. He was up in Vancouver, filming episode 4x18 with Jared's stunt double. This is from darklydean, who has pics from the location filming. (Warning! Spoilery pics & info about 4x18 if you go there) If you do go check out her report, you'd better go quick. She'll be flocking the post in a few days. I kinda figured Jensen would be up in Vancouver filming (even though it was cool to think he went to the premiere, too, in support of Jared). They really can't spare anymore filming days.

That's all. Back to freezing and working on listing photos. Oh, joy. Bleh.
Great. And now my internet connection is all weak and wonky. Double Bleh. :(

Of all the gin joints...

Some of you might recall me talking about MG in the past. He's a guy I went to college with during my last couple of years. We became fast friends, hung out together a lot, and I was hoping....would become more than friends. Then after our final school project together, working on a documentary film crew in the summer of 2007, he promptly ceased all contact with me. I tried emailing, I tried calling....nothing. Then in December of 2007, I got the shocking news from our mutual college instructor and friend that MG was in love with someone. I was devastated. Then in July of 2008, I learned from the same instructor, that MG seemed to have cut off everyone in his life and was living in California with his new girlfriend. A few months later, I learn he wasn't in CA, but is still here in WA. *sigh*

Anyway, somehow I knew. I KNEW, I was going to hear from MG again. And sure enough, I checked my one email last night and there was a message from him....via his Facebook account. He's started one and wants me to join in so he can add me as a friend on Facebook. At first my anger flaired. How dare he expect me to respond to him at all after what he did to me? There was no way I was going to join Facebook to friend him. Then I got to thinking...maybe things have changed. I certainly still have feelings for him. He was a great friend at a time when I truly needed one. He helped me so much when my dad passed away. He was that shoulder to cry on and a person who listened. We shared so much of our lives and our creative frustrations. I'm not ready to throw all that away. Sure, I'm still pissed at him for cutting me off the way he did, but if he really wants to renew our relationship I don't think I should be against it. Maybe his other relationship fizzled out? When I met him he was unattached. In fact, I never even heard him talk about past girlfriends at all. Of course, he could still be with her, but I'm choosing to believe (& hope) that if he's contacting me, that maybe there's still hope of rebuilding the relationship we had. After all, he's now the one reaching out to me. Maybe I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth?

I've considered getting a Facebook account anyway (along with a MySpace). It would be a good way to keep in contact with people in the Puget Sound area in the filmmaking business. I've picked up that it's the new way of networking. Nobody exchanges emails anymore, it's all Facebook and MySpace. So I'm seriously considering going for it and joining Facebook so I can get in contact with him again. I really have nothing to lose and everything to gain if I do.

LJ & my Yahoo Email aren't playing nice

I'm not getting LJ notifications into my Yahoo Email right now. Something's wrong and I can't even get into that one Yahoo Email account (my other ones, not linked to LJ are just fine). Grrrrrrr....

So I'm relying on my LJ Inbox for the time being. Sorry if I miss anyone's comments. Hopefully the Yahoo situation will be fixed soon.

Edit: Fixed now! Yay! :)

Man! It's been one of those days.... *sigh*
