Been a while since I've had a cap of Dean with his eyes closed or nearly so. Look at that furrowed brow, too...the deep shadows. Beautiful.
Spent most of Sunday working on replies to comments. I'm sure your inboxes will be a testament to that. Heh. Made a fair chunk of progress though. But today I'll be back to posting: more VanCon photos and with any luck some more S5 B&W Fanart. But for now...bed. I'm nursing a sore neck and I hope some good sleep will help. Music Monday: Two songs by Duke Ellington

Something a little different to start off your Monday.

I love old music, big band music. I grew up on the stuff because my parents did the same thing. In my CD collection there are great works by Miller, Shaw, Goodman, and more. I've only recently begun to get interested in Ellington though.

I first heard "Mood Indigo" in the opening scene of "The Untouchables" movie of all things and over the summer while watching TV late at night I caught part of Ken Burn's "Baseball" series and one of the songs used was "I Let A Song Go Out Of My Heart". Enjoy! :D

Another Preview Clip of 6x01

I get online this morning and low and behold there's another clip of SPN's season premiere! Gah!!!!! It's like the CW is inflicting slow torture on us until Friday.

VanCon 2010: Aug 29th, Brock Kelly Photos

Unlike with last year's VanCon photos, this will be the only time I will be posting my pics from this Con. I've done very little tweaking with these outside of fixing some red eye problems and brightening a few of the shots. For the most part, IMO the photos stand very well as they are.
