Getting a little worried

raloriaBack in August at VanCon, I re-upped and paid for my Gold Ticket (same seat) for next year. It's normal for it to take Creation a while to send out the tickets, so I'm used to waiting. Then I read they were having difficulties and it would be a couple more weeks. That was quite a while ago.
I'm trying to be patient and not worry, but geez, it's been 2 months since the con. I've checked all my email accounts and haven't seen anything about my Gold Ticket from Creation. I even checked all my spam folders, just in case.
Has anyone else who re-upped at VanCon gotten their PDF tickets yet?
