Liking Comments?

raloriaCurrently trying to catch up on replying to your comments here on my LJ and it's prompted a question (ok several).
'Cause I've got the option to Like comments, which I've been doing.
Do the rest of you have this?
Do you all see or get notified when I like your comments?
I tried looking this up on LJ's help page. Ha! Yeah, that was a laugh.
I mean...I like this feature, but it seems incomplete & one-sided. What's the point?
