Something Wicked was another Dean-centric episode from S1. It gave us some insight into the childhood of the brothers with some nice flashbacks as Dean almost makes a fatal mistake. As Sam starts to connect their current case with Dean's evasiveness on the subject of the Shtriga, he realizes for the first time the responsibilities laid upon his older brother at a young age. There's lots of Dean!Angst, Concerned!Sammy, and some nice brotherly moments.

The Impala on the road! Some nice Sam caps and then the lovely-as-always Jensen profile shot!

Awwwww! It's so nice to see that Sammy smile! On a side note...I forgot how bushy Jared's sideburns were in the first season.

I love the side glance Dean gives here after the "big brother" line! The little smile afterwards is cute! And who says Sam always gets the coffee? This time Dean is CoffeeBoy!

Some very nice shots of the brothers, here. *Sigh* Love that leather jacket! I'd like to point out the last cap in this row (Sam in focus)....

and the first one in this row (Dean in focus). This is what's called a Rack Focus shot. They had Jared in focus at first and then the focus puller readjusted during the take to bring Jensen into focus instead. I love this sort of shot and it's done perfectly here! Okay, enough filmmmaking geekiness...back to the picspam! Some smokin' Jensen closeups!
