Looking for a co-mod for jensenhappiness

I've posted this to the comm itself, but I'm x-posting here in the hopes of getting more applicants.



I started the community back in April, with the hope that it would become a place for people to share their love of Jensen Ackles. However, in those 8 or 9 months, things have been slow to take off. I get the impression that people are looking for more from the comm and not getting it, so I need some help.

I've never run a comm before, much less looked for a co-moderator, but I need to try.

What am I looking for? Someone who knows something about co-running a community and has some ideas on making it better. More specifically, I'm hoping to find someone who'll be able to set up and run challenges, fanfic prompts, etc.
