This another song from Shore 104's end of the year countdown.

Sorry the video isn't in better quality, but it's the only version I could find.
I like this song. Very groovy & bluesy. :D

If you can't get the video to work, hopefully you can still listen to the song via Grooveshark's player.

I also have this song available for download to anyone who wants it.
And I know I owe downloads from your earlier requests. I had some trouble w/SendSpace, but I've figured out a solution. I'll have your requests in w/my SendSpace File-palooza post in the first week of April.

This cap is from 1x19 "Provenance".

Since we've been talking a lot about Dean's ring lately (or the lack thereof...*sigh*) I thought I'd use this cap highlighting some nice ring!hand!knife!porn. :D See how great that hand looks with the ring on it? Sure, it would be nice without the ring, too, but with that nice piece of silver jewelry it's simply so much more! How can they so easily take that away? *le sigh*
Ok, enough lamenting about things I can't change. But I am gathering caps for a Ring Picspam. ;) Ended up fighting a bitchy internet connection most of Sunday. Talk about frustrating! Grrrrrr. It took up so much of my time that I didn't get to my 5x15 tasks: fanart & the review. I'll tackle them later today. Okay, off to bed soon. Have a good Monday everyone! *hugs* :)

:: Less is more Weighed myself this morning and I've lost a couple more pounds. Woot! \0/

:: Early Rising After staying up all night Feb. 25th when my mom was sick from her medication side effects my sleep schedule was all shot to hell. I slipped back into staying up late (though not as late as I used to) and getting up around noon or 1:00. Today, I finally got up at 9 a.m. again. Yay! Here's hoping I can get back on the early rising track again.

:: Pain Free My shoulder/neck that I strained earlier this month is finally healed completely. No more pain and no more weird feeling. Took it 3 weeks to get better, but I'm glad that's all over.

:: Flist Birthdays In the past, I've been making one birthday post for everyone each month, but I'm thinking that really won't do. A lot of you either don't see them or forget about them by the time your birthday comes around. 'Cause let's face it...you wanna get your "gift" & Happy Birthday on your day, not weeks before or later. So I'm going to try a new strategy and give everyone their own post on their day (or the day before). Not sure what exactly I'll post, but I think everyone will like this option better. :)

:: LJ Comments My Yahoo Mail is swamped with nearly 3,000 LJ comments, but I'm still *takes a deep breath* gonna try to get to them. I'll do what I can to start in on the oldest ones from last July and see how things go. At the same time, I'll try my best to get a handle on the newest ones. Wish me luck!

:: VanCon 2009 Reports I've decided it's time to just jump in already and at least get started with these. So today I'm going to work on it for at least an hour. I think once I begin, it'll be easier and the rest will progress quickly. It's that problem of staring at the blank page, you know? Eeep.

Okay, gang that's it for now (though I'm sure I'm forgetting something). Love & hugs to you all! I'm so lucky to have you all on my flist. :D

I knew it would be a rainy day. No problem. I knew it might be windy. Okay, as long as it's not too serious that's okay, too. I knew a stray thunderstorm was in the forecast. Alright, but that could be anywhere, right?

Wrong.

I headed out and it was raining. I figured, okay, as long as it doesn't get worse, I'm cool with it. Well, it did. It started blowing, then hailing! Hard! Yikes! That was when I decided this was a monumentally BAD idea. However, I had to keep going a little further so I could get to a street to head for home. The temperature dropped fast and it kept on with the wet hail. Soon my jeans were completely soaked and I could feel that my shoes & socks were, too. I headed for home and my legs were starting to ache. Must have been from the added weight of the jeans, along with my haste to get home pronto. The rain was coming down in buckets! Coming around the last turn for home, there was thunder, nice & loud. Eeep! That's when I started praying for God to get me home safely, 'cause I was carrying an umbrella and it's part metal, of course. I don't normally pray, but every once in a while I feel the need, you know?

I'm thankful I got home safe. I stripped out of my wet jeans, socks, and shoes, and put on clean, dry ones. Sheesh. Bad judgement call on my part, but still....stupid weather! I really wanted to walk today. Looks like tomorrow won't be much better. In fact, they're calling for a stronger chance of thunderstorms. Peachy. Looks like I won't be walking until Wednesday at the earliest. *sigh*

I found this pic online a few weeks ago. I know I've seen it around before.

Does anyone have it in a larger size? The higher quality the better.

Those blue eyes!!!

Thanks! ♥ :)
