Technically, I'm combining 2 things here: Merry Monday & a birthday post for Jensen. ;)

Instead of a picspam, I thought I'd celebrate Jensen's amazing singing voice. As if being an outstanding actor, a gifted director, and incredible human being weren't enough: yes, Jensen can sing. Honestly, at this point I'd love to know what he isn't good at. I'm sure it's a short list! I've been so fortunate to hear him sing in person 4 times. Here are 3 of my best recordings of his performances.

I would've posted the first time Jensen sang at VanCon back in 2015, but the audio isn't so good in that video. But in 2016 Jensen went more acoustic with the song and it was still a great performance.


VanCon 2018 would be my last con and while I'd been hoping Jensen would sing "Brother", instead we got treated to 2 songs from Jensen, including this brand new song! Many of us exclaimed afterwards that this wasn't Jensen on stage, but Dean Winchester himself!


Jensen sings the Saturday Night Special classic, "Whipping Post". Again, with better audio than my 2017 recording of him sining the song.

We're reaching back a year for these, because I never actually capped my video of Jensen singing at the SNS from VanCon 2016...until now. He sang 2 songs that year, "Fare Thee Well" with Rob and then "Simple Man" with Jason. Unfortunately, the lighting was a little harsh that year, so everyone's a little bright and overexposed. I did what I could with my image editor, but they're still not as good as I'd like. These caps cover both songs. Enjoy!

Pulled this photo from last year's VanCon about a week ago and then forgot why. So I turned it B&W and am sharing it now. Just because.

Finally got my Hi-Quality photos from VanCon backed up overnight. Sorted through them and deleted over 1,000 of them. :P Hey, blurry and bad photos happen. But there's plenty of good ones! LOVE it when my photography mojo works! :D

I posted these to Twitter, too, but here's the preview shots I saved.

It was interesting to have a panel with just Rob & Matt without Rich there (love ya, Rich!). The two of them really had a love fest with each other, which they admitted Richard would never let them get away with. Awww. lol And yeah, I sort of got a shot of Matt doing his stage leap. It's blurry, but hey, skin! And he got so high because he jumped off one of the chairs, but still...impressive. Then it was time for Misha's panel with some dancing with Briana & Kim and then chatting with Rob.

These were taken with my smaller Canon camera and are not the greatest quality. My normal practice is to take a few shots with this camera at the beginning of each panel or whatever and then switch to my bigger Canon camera for the rest. And sadly, I was having a lot of trouble finding the right settings for the smaller camera this time around. I don't know if it was the lighting they were using or what. A lot of these photos have been fixed by me because they were so dark and/or had an orange color cast. The fixed ones have an "x" at the end of the filename. There's a lot of blurriness, too, but I took out the worst offenders. There's a few good gems here and there though. Hopefully, you'll still find these pics enjoyable. :)

We got Osric for a 2nd day! Problem was this panel wasn't as good as Friday's IMO. Too many weird questions and people asking him for relationship advice. WTH???

Katherine Ramdeen joins Briana & Kim and then I only took a few pics during Karaoke (video is so much easier in that environment), but got a couple of good pics of Rob in his costume! He looks good as a blonde. lol

Love Jason Manns and his "Quoncert" type of panel. You get a panel along with some music. It's wonderful. :)
